Mission
To promote and encourage an understanding, appreciation and study of the practice of conservation and of the natural sciences and to that end to participate in and encourage the use and development of the Weinberg Nature Center and other conservation activities.

Vision
To further cultivate public/private partnerships, grants, school programs and volunteerism in efficacy with the Weinberg mission. To support projects such as a native plant/garden trail, a pond/ stream life science station, hydroponic center, adult birding club, outdoor play area, Scarsdale tree identification, local wildlife rehabilitation, conservation practices, climate change studies, Nature Art and Science Contests, land acquisition around pond.
